摘 要:为提高退浆效率,采用He/O2常压等离子体射流与传统湿退浆相结合方法去除涤纶织物上的聚丙烯酸酯浆料。重点研究了等离子体处理时间对退浆效果的影响和等离子体预处理对湿退浆效果的影响。X射线光电子能谱仪分析结果表明,经等离子体预处理后,浆膜表面的含氧基活性基团的数量明显提高,增强了浆膜的亲水性。SEM观察结果显示,等离子体处理可以去除一部分浆料,导致浆膜表面粗糙。结果表明,随着等离子体处理时间的延长,退浆效果明显提高。经等离子体预处理65 s后,再进行5 min的NaHCO3退浆,退浆率可达到99%以上。与传统湿退浆相比,等离子体处理能够显著减少退浆时间。In order to improve the desizing effect, the combination of He/O2 atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) and conventional wet desizing was adopted to remove polyacrylate size from PET fabrics. The influence of plasma treatment time on the desizing effect was investigated, along with the impact of plasma pre-treatment on wet desizing effect. The XPS analysis indicated that oxygen-based functional groups on the size film increased significantly after plasma treatment and therefore improved the hydrophilieity of the size film. SEM analysis showed that part of size agents was removed by plasma etching, and plasma etching increased the roughness of size film surface. The percent desizing ratio (PDR) results showed that with an increase of plasma treatment time, the desizing effect was significantly improved. More than 99% PDR was achieved after 65 s plasma treatment followed by a 5 min NaHCO3 desizing. Compared to conventional wet desizing, plasma treatment could significantly reduce desizing time.
