摘  要:纳米银具有非常好的抗菌性能,在医用纺织品领域发展快,但在纺织服装领域由于工艺要求等原因,发展较慢。为此,利用纳米银对粘胶纤维进行抗菌处理,按1∶1混纺比例,通过色纺工艺制备载银粘胶/普通粘胶色纺面料,利用扫描电镜观察其形貌,并对粘胶色纺面料进行抗菌性能及皂洗等测试。结果表明,用纳米银溶液处理粘胶可以实现载银染色同步,进一步缩短了抗菌色纺纱的生产流程,具有制备色纺面料的可行性。粘胶散纤维经纳米银抗菌处理后,制备的色纺面料具有良好的抗菌性和耐皂洗性。Nano silver has very good antimicrobial property and finds use in the field of medical textiles rapidly. However, its use in the garment is rather slow due to the requirements on techniques and so on. Therefore, antimicrobial treatment of rayon fibers was performed with nano silver. The rayon fabric was prepared with the antimicrobial rayon fiber/raw rayon fiber at a ratio of 1:1 through color spinning. Its morphology was observed using SEM, and the anti-bacterial and soap washing properties were tested. The results showed that nano silver solution treatment and dyeing of rayon fibers can be conducted simultaneously, thus further shortening the production process and possessing the possibility of preparation color spun fabrics. The color spun fabric fabricated with loose fibers that had been treated with nano silver exhibited good antimicrobial and soap washing properties.
