摘 要:在机织物三维仿真中,为快速实现各种组织织物的参数化仿真,根据纱线的交织特点,提出一种将经、纬纱分别划分为8个组元的模块化构建织物组织的方法。通过建立经纱和纬纱的组元矩阵来实现织物组织的构建。采用"0"和"1"组合唯一表示经纱和纬纱组元。通过对织物组织矩阵(布尔矩阵)进行行向"⊕"运算和取反后进行列向"⊕"运算,分别建立布尔矩阵与经、纬纱组元矩阵之间的映射关系。采用MatLab软件设计参数输入界面、编程并仿真。结果表明:这种方法可以快速构建机织物组织,并实现机织物在不同三维模型下的参数化仿真。In the three dimensional simulation of woven fabric, in order to fast realize parametric simulation of fabric with different kinds of weaves and according to the yarns interweave features, a method by which the warp and weft yarns were divided into eight group elements respectively was proposed for the modular construction of fabric weave. Fabric weaves can be realized by the construction of the warp and weft yarn group element matrices. The combinations of "0" and "1 " were used for unique representation of the group elements of the warp and weft yarns. By the row direction "(+)" operation of weave matrix (Boolean matrix) and the column direction " (+)" operation after the negative transformation of Boolean matrix, the mapping relationships between the weft and the warp yarn group element matrix and the Boolean matrix were established. MatLab software was employed to design the parametric input interface, and conduct programming and simulating. It is shown that this method can fast construct fabric weaves and realize parametric simulations of woven fabric with different three dimensional models.
