摘　　要：构建和谐世界的思想是胡锦涛在新的形势下审时度势提出的,有着深刻的时代背景和科学内涵,它不仅继承和发展了马克思主义国际关系理论,也是新时期中国外交理论的丰富和创新,不仅符合人类社会的共同利益,也代表了整个人类社会的共同心声。The thought of building a harmonious world proposed by Hu Jintao has profound historical backgrounds and scientific connotations. It not only inherits and develops Marx＇s theory of international relations, but also enriches the theory of New China＇s diplomacy with innovative ideas in the new era. It conforms to the common interest of human society, and expresses the shared wishes of humankind.
