摘　　要：发展中国家增强知识产权保护水平对其技术转移流入和自主创新能力提升的影响效应,引起了广泛的争议。本文分别从南北框架下知识产权的创新效应、知识产权影响技术转移和创新的渠道与机制、知识产权影响技术转移与创新的产业差异3个方面对国内外的近期相关文献进行了评述,从中梳理了研究的基本脉络,并对进一步的研究提出一些看法。It has aroused broad dispute that the effects on the technology transfer and domestic innovation of the enhancing intellectu- al property protection in developing countries. Tb_is thesis makes a renew of the recent studies to disclose the basic research skeleton, such as intellectual property protection in a North- South analysis framework, the channel and mechanism of the intellectual property protection on technology transfer and innovation, the industrial differences of intt^ectual property protection, and finally bring forward some views on the future researches.
