摘  要:为实现用户采暖数据的远程在线监控与管理、按用户需要使用热能,研发了一种基于GPRS通信的供暖用户终端热能表。热能表采用低功耗的MSP430FW427单片机,远程通信采用GPRS网络模块MC55,流量测量采用LC振荡耦合技术设计。首先阐述了热量测量原理,热量表的软件、硬件设计方法,其次建立了温度传感器、流量传感器的数学模型。GPRS通信技术的应用为供暖监控系统提供了一个无线远程数据传输方案,实现了远端用户热能表与监控中心进行实时数据交换。最后实验表明,数据传输速率在61.8 kbit/s左右,具有高可靠性、测量精确等优点,能够有效地解决传统供暖监控系统投资大的问题。In order to realize remote monitoring and management of the measured data on the spot, and bring a- bout control consumption of heat-energy according to needs, a heat meter of user terminal for heating supply is developed based on GPRS network technology. Low-power microcontroller MSP430FW427 is adopted in the measuring instruments. GPRS network module MC55 is used for remote communication, and LC oscillator cou- pling technology is used to design flow sensor. First of all, the measurement principle of the heat quantity and the design methods of the software and hardware for heat meter are explained in detail, then the mathematical models of temperature and liquid sensor are established. Application of GPRS communication technology pro- vides a wireless remote data transmission scheme, thus real-time data exchange between remote user and moni- toring center is realized. Finally, on-the-spot operations prove that data transmission rate is about 61.8 kbit/s, with security and accuracy, which effectively solve the problems of a large number of investment on traditional remote monitoring and control system.
