摘　　要：经济适用房是我国保障房供给体系的重要组成部分,对解决城镇中低收入家庭住房问题发挥了重大作用。通过对经济适用房补贴方式进行深入研究,构建模型比较分析"砖头补贴"和"人头补贴"两种补贴方式的优劣,证明实行"人头补贴"方式比"砖头补贴"方式更有效,且可以通过政策支持、发放住房补贴、完善征信体系等来实现。Affordable housing is an important part of housing supply system; it has played a significant role in solving the housing problems of low-income urban families. On the basis of researching the affordable housing subsidies, compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of ＇bricks subsidies＇ and ＇poll subsidies＇ through the construction of model, then it shows that the ＇poll subsidies＇ approach is more effective than the ＇bricks subsidies＇, and it can implement through policy support, payment of housing subsidies, perfect credit system and so on.
