摘　　要：结合合同文件和工作实践,针对清江水布垭水利枢纽工程建设中发生的左右岸砂石加工系统生产运行管理合同变更索赔问题,总结了合同变更索赔的审核处理原则、处理程序、处理方式和计算方法,供业务工作者在砂石系统工程招投标及变更索赔中参考。On the basis of the contract documents and working practice, contract change and claim issue of operation management of left and right bank aggregate processing system during the construction of Qingjiang Shuibuya project was presented. Verification principle, processing program, processing mode and calculation method of contract change and claim were summarized, which provides reference for bidding and contract work.
