新生代农民工择业需求优先序及其差异

摘　　要：基于549份新生代农民工数据,运用聚类分析法对新生代农民工择业需求优先序进行考察,分析新生代农民工择业需求的影响因素,研究结果表明:第一,新生代农民工择业最关注工资收入情况,其次对个人发展、医疗保险、工作环境和权益保护的需求也较大;第二,新生代农民工择业需求影响因素的分析表明,不同个体特征的新生代农民工的择业需求存在差异,不同区域、不同企业新生代农民工的择业需求也存在差异。Based on 549 copies of survey data made on the new generation of migrant workers,this paper firstly analyzes the employment demand priority of the new generation migrant workers by using cluster analysis and then analyses its influencing factors.Results show that new generation migrant workers pay most attention on wage income,and it is followed by personal development,medical insurance,working environment and rights protection.The analyzing results show that different characteristics of individual new generation migrant worker may have different employment demand.Migrant workers from different regions and different enterprises also have different demand on distinct working conditions.
