碱度值R、Fˉ含量和Na_2O含量对中碳钢保护渣渣膜结晶体的影响规律

摘　　要：采用化学分析、光学显微镜等手段,通过单独改变碱度值R、Fˉ含量和Na2O含量,对河南通宇中碳钢用连铸结晶器保护渣渣膜的结晶率和结晶矿相进行分析,查明了三个变量对结晶率和结晶矿相的影响规律。Individually changing basicity of the alkalinity, F＇s content and Na2O content, we have analyzed the rates of crystallization and crystalline carbon steel Henan Tongyu in continuous casting mold slag film phase, and find out the influences of three variables on the rates of crystallization and crystalline phase by means of chemical analysis and optical microscope.
