摘  要:采用有机溶剂乙醇对烟梗浆料进行预处理,以达到改善烟梗物理结构和提高重组烟叶的品质的目的。由正交实验结果,结合重组烟叶的感官质量评吸可知,合适的处理条件为:料液比1:8,处理温度90℃和处理时间60 min。在此条件下,烟梗基片的抗张指数、松厚度和柔软性能(柔软度值越小,其柔软性能越好)分别为31.482 N·m·g-1、2.803 cm3·g-1和45.289 mN,与空白样品相比分别提高2.946%%、13.851%和-17.415%;卷烟感官评吸表明,与采用普通重组烟叶卷制的卷烟相比,处理后的重组烟叶卷制的卷烟,感官评吸得分高1.53分,能够在一定程度上减轻普通重组烟叶带来的杂气、刺激性,并有谐调和增加余味的作用。Organic solvent (alcohol) was used to pretreatment of the tobacco stems pulp, which can improve the physical structure of tobacco stem and increase the quality of reconstituted tobacco. ~hrough orthogonal experiment and smoking of cigar, the optimum process compositions were achieved as following: the ratio 1:8, treatment temperature 90℃, treatment time 60 rain. Under the condition, the tensile strength, the bulk and soft performance (the softness value was smaller, the soft performance was better) of tobacco stem paper were 31.482 N m g-1, 2.803 cm3 g-1 and 45.289 mN, in contrast with control group, which increased 2.946%, 13.851% and -17.415% respectively. At the same time, through smoking of treated reconstituted tobacco, compared with the normal reconstituted tobacco, the score increased 1.53 points, the offensive odor and the stimulation of tobacco were lowered, the aroma and harmony were increased respectively.
