摘  要:探讨两种前处理方法在测定一次性纸杯水提取物的细胞毒性中的应用。一种前处理方法采用欧盟关于纸和纸板水提取物细胞毒性测定标准中的前处理方法,另一种前处理方法则模拟了纸杯日常使用条件。选用4种市售的一次性纸杯,对两种方法得到的纸杯浸提液使用MTT法测定了对CHO细胞的毒性作用。结果表明,4种受试纸杯使用本研究所采用两种方法的水提取物均未显示出明显细胞毒性,细胞相对增殖率无显著差异,两种前处理方法均可用于一次性纸杯的细胞毒性测定。The application of two pretreatment methods for determination of the cytotoxicity of disposable paper cups water extracts were discussed in this study. ]he pretreatment method in the European standard for determining the cytotoxicity of paper and board water extracts was used in one pretreatment method, and the other pretreatment method simulates the daily use conditions of the paper cups. Four kinds of disposable paper cups sold in the market were extracted with these two methods. CHO ceils were used for determination of the cytotoxicity by MTT assay. ~he results showed that the water extracts of the four paper cups tested using the two extracting methods have no obvious cytotoxicity, and the relative growth rate of the cells has nosignificant difference. These two pretreatment methods both can be used for determination of the cytotoxicity of disposable paper cups.
