犬肝脏方叶血肿破裂的诊断与手术治疗

摘　　要：肝血肿一般为外伤所致,主要发生在肝脏左外侧叶和右外侧叶,发生在肝脏方叶实为罕见.先天性肝血肿在人医有报道,兽医尚未见相关资料.笔者遇到一例4月杜宾犬肝脏方叶血肿破裂,引起血性腹水,经手术切除破裂坏死肝脏,输血、消炎治疗恢复.Liver hematoma generally is caused by trauma, and it occurs mainly in the left or right liver outer leaves around, while it is rare in the square liver. Congenital liver hematoma is reported, but veterinary medicine has not yet seen the data. This paper presents one case： Doberman ruptured liver hematoma, causing hemorrhagic ascites, rupture necrosis in the square liver after surgery, blood transfusions, anti-inflammatory treatment resumed.
