发展过程中非公募基金会问责机制探究

摘　　要：作为一种新型的非营利组织,发展过程中的非公募基金会的脆弱性渐渐暴露,如组织管理松散、效率低下、透明度不高等等。随着慈善丑闻的揭露,非公募基金会问责成为了一个热门话题。文章把研究视角凝聚在非公募基金会问责上,采用"应激—反应"性研究对发展过程中非公募基金会的问责进行探讨,试图完善我国非公募基金会的问责机制。As a new nonprofit organization, private foundation＇s vulnerability has gradually exposed in its pro- cess of development, such as loose organization and management, low efficiency, the transparency is not high and so on. With the revelation of charity scandals, private foundations＇ accountability has become a hot topic. This paper focused on private foundations＇ accountability through the method of stress-response, tried to im- prove the accountability mechanism of private foundations.
