摘 要:针对稠油油藏原油粘度高 ,胶结疏松 ,出砂严重和高温蒸汽吞吐采油的特点 ,研究了无机盐胶结材料SN在高温化学防砂中的应用问题。本文从高温化学防砂原理入手 ,对胶结温度对固结体抗折强度和渗透率的影响因素进行了分析 ,运用正交设计实验法确定了胶结剂与石英砂比例 ,石膏、硅粉加量 。Material SN is composed mainly of various inorganic salts and can be hydrated and then setted together with proper ingredients and admixtures to form permeable sand shieldings. In this work an optimal SN compound for sand control in steam huff puff viscous oil wells is formulated: SN+200% quartz sand+8—12% silica flour+6% powdered gypsum+water. The compound hydrated and consolidated has flexual strength 2.56 MPa and permeability 2.30 μm 2 after 3 days at 55℃(temperature in the reservoirs) and flexual strength 3.82 MPa and permeability 1.99 μm 2 after 5 days at 330℃ in steam atmosphere additionally. A preliminary field test on this high temperature sand control agent in one steam huff puff viscous oil well at Gudong Oil Fields, Shengli, is performed with success.
