摘 要:目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定蚝贝钙片中铅、砷和汞的含量.方法 样品微波消解处理后,采用ICP-MS法测定蚝贝钙片中铅、砷和汞的含量.结果 铅在0~200ng·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;平均回收率为102.2%(n=6),RSD为1.9%.砷在0~200ng·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000;平均回收率为102.1%(n=6),RSD为1.9%.汞在0~5ng·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9989;平均回收率为98.3%(n=6),RSD为2.4%.结论 本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于蚝贝钙片中有害重金属铅、砷和汞的质量控制.OBJECTIVE To establish an ICP-MS method to determine Pb, As and Hg in Oyster shell calcium tablet. METHODS The sample was handled by Microwave Digestion System,the content of Cr in the samples was determined by ICP-MS. RESULTS The good linear relation was obtained from 0 to 200ng·mL^-1 for Pb with a regression coefficient of 0. 9999. The averaged recovery rate of Pb was 102. 2% (n = 6) with RSD of 1.9%. The good linear relation was obtained from 0 to 200ng · mL-1 for As with a regression coefficient of 1. 000. The averaged recovery rate of As was 102. 1% (n =6) with RSD of 1.9%. The good linear relation was obtained from 0 to 5ng·mL-1 for Hg with a regression coefficient of 0. 9989. The averaged recovery rate of Hg was 98.3 % ( n = 6) with RSD of 2. 4%. CONCLUSION The methods is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control harmful heavy met als Pb,As and Hg in Oyster shell calcium tablet.
