冬凌草的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究冬凌草的化学成分。方法应用色谱层析、萃取、重结晶等方法对河南济源产冬凌草(Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara)的化学成份进行研究,应用波谱解析和理化方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从冬凌草中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:牛尾草甲素(Rabdoternin A,1)、牛尾草丙素(Rabdoternin C,2)、lasiokaurin(3)、enmenol(4)、牛尾草乙素(RabdoterninB,5)、木栓酮(Friedelin,6)、乌苏酸(Ursolic acid,7)、5,8,4-三羟基-6,7,3-三甲氧基黄酮(5,8,4-tri-hydroxyl-6,7,3-tri-methoxyl-flavone,8)、苜蓿素(Tricin,9)、线蓟素(Cirsiliol,10)、胡麻素(Pedalitin,11)。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens（ Hemsl. ） Hara. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography technologies, extraction and recrystallization methods. The structures were determined by physico-chemical and spectral analysis methods. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and elucidated as rabdotemin A （ 1 ）, rabdotemin C （2）, lasiokaurin （ 3 ）, enmenol （4）, rabdoteminB （ 5 ）, friedelin （ 6 ）, ursolic acid （ 7 ）, 5,8,4-tri-hydroxyl-6,7,3-tri-methoxyl- flavone （ 8 ） tricin （ 9 ）, cirsiliol （10）, pedalitin, 11 ）.
