摘  要:分析了影响双河油田注水水质不达标的主要因素 ,认为 :(1)产出污水含S2 -高达 6 0mg/L ,而处理工艺没有采取除S2 -措施 ,是造成水质不达标的主要原因 ;(2 )产出污水含有一定量的残余聚合物 ,使斜板沉降罐、过滤罐的净化效果变差。在动态测定条件下 ,这种含硫污水对铁的腐蚀速度为 1.6— 2 .3mm/a ,超过部颁标准 (0 .0 76mm/a) 2 1倍以上。由于腐蚀不断发生 ,在外输过程中 ,悬浮物含量不断增加 。The produced water at Shuanghe Oil Fields, Henan, is treated with a water cleaning agent and an antiphase demulsifier in a standard two step(sedimentation filtralion) procedure to obtain water for reservoir flooding. The water quality is unsatisfactory. On the basis of analysing the monitoring and experimental data it is ascertained that ①high concentrated sulfide(60 mg/L) makes the treated water corrosive and unstable and is the main factor affecting its quality; ②the residue polymer existed in the produced water decreases the efficiency of the water purificating processes. It is concluded that the performing water treating technology must be improved properly with sulfide scavenge introduced.
