摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿重症监护室护士的慎独修养的作用。方法通过观察法、访谈法等方法调查慎独在观察新生儿童的病情、护士执行医嘱、独立思考、配合抢救及社会责任养成方面的重要性。结果慎独是医院中护理人员的人格、素质和价值体能够得以表现的形成过程。结论护士必须具有坚强的意志,能够承受高强度的工作锻炼和技能素质培养,从而提高医院的护理质量,降低护理出现差错的可能性。Objective： To investigate the function of nurse＇s self - supervision in neonatal intensive care unit （ ICU ）. Methods ：Through the observation method, interview method survey the importance of cautiousness in observation of neonatal disease, nurses in executive orders, independent thinking, coordinating rescue and developing social responsibility. Results： Self - supervision is a necessary formation process in the hospital nursing staff＇s quality, personality and the value performance. Conclusion ：The nurse should have a strong will, could be able to work under high intensity exercise and quality training, so as to improve the nursing quality, reduce the possibility of nursing errors.
