摘　　要：拔贡水电站水轮发电机组导水机构尺寸大、重量大、安装调整精度要求高、安装时间短,因此导水机构拼装采用内配水环吊装位置的改变和导叶Y型密封圈的安装时机等方法,实现了在短工期内完成导水机构拼装。Bagong hydropower station adopts a large and heavy distributor, whose assembly requires high precision and short duration. Therefore, the assembly of distributor is completed in a short period by changing the hoisting posi- tion of the inner water distributing ring and installing the wicket gate＇s Y-type sealing ring at the right time.
