摘  要:本文通过实验探讨了钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷的各种影响因素,正交实验结果表明,总磷测定的最大影响因素是消解液的量,其次是显色时间,显色温度和水样的pH值;最佳实验条件是:pH=7,消解液的量为4mL,显色温度为25%,显色时间为15min;在最佳实验条件下,实验测得加标回收率在96.28%-103.03%之间,回收率比较理想。In this paper,the influence for the measurement of the total phosphorus by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method was investigated. The result of the orthogonal experiment showed that the measurement of the total phosphorus was mainly influenced by digestive solution, while the influences of color-developing time, temperature and the pH of the water sample were minor. The optimal experimental condition is: pH = 7, the digestive solution is 4 ml, the color-developing temperature and time are 25℃ and 15 min respectively. Under the optimal condition,the recovery rate was in the range of 96. 28% - 103.03%.
