摘 要:采用鲁棒区间算法解决目标函数和约束条件中的不确定性问题,开发一个鲁棒区间能源系统规划模型,通过求解得到模型全局最优解,以获得最小的能源成本及最优的能源分配方案.案例研究结果显示,通过此优化模型进行的综合环境约束的规划,能使城市能源消费整体结构得到优化,能源利用效率明显提高,可实现城市的能源经济环境的协调发展.In this study, a robust interval energy system model has been developed for a linear programming in which uncertain factors are involved in objective function and subject constraints. This model can be solved by a robust two-step method to achieve global optimal solutions for minimizing the energy system cost and optimal planning patterns. A case study of it demonstrates that this method has applicability for allocation under the environmental requirements. It also is able to optimize the structure of energy consumption. Based on the results of this method, the efficient of energy consumption has been significantly improved, as well as it can achieve the harmonious development on energy-economy-environment.
