摘　　要：随着我国油气田的开发 ,深井数量不断增加 ,由深井上部大直径井段机械钻速偏低引发的问题越来越引起了广泛的关注。其根本原因在于钻井设备、钻头、钻具与大直径井眼的钻井工艺不相适应。现文提出了解决这些问题的基本思路和措施 ,对于提高深井上部井段机械钻速有一定的意义。With the development of oilfields, the quantity of deep well increases Thus more and more drilling problem were cused by low bit speed in large diameter deep well bores drilling The essential reason is that the drilling equipment, drill bit, and drilling tool are unsuitable in large diameter deep well bore drilling To solve the problem, a series of technical steps are suggested in this paper
