摘  要:运用有限元法 ,建立起计算模型 ,对内壁磨损套管的抗挤毁强度进行了定量计算 ,并与全尺寸实物试验结果进行了对比。指出套管的抗挤毁强度与内壁磨损程度基本成线性关系。同时指出 ,在计算套管的抗挤毁强度时 ,用均匀磨损模型代替非均匀磨损模型 ,计算结果有较大误差。Study on the decrease of the collapse strength caused by casing inside worn was done with finite element analysis(FEA).The calculation result was compared with that of a full scale physical test.It is found that the two results were quite close,and the collapse strength was linear to the amount of wear.It is also found that the collapse strength of the even wear model was different from that of the uneven wear one.A quite great error would happen if a wrong model has been used.
