摘  要:在气举采油中 ,传统的套压控制气举阀的开启和关闭主要取决于注气压力 (套压 ) ,往往造成低产井举空和高压气体“打循环” ;而高产井则出现阀间干扰 ,造成多点注气 ,耗气量大 ,且举升深度受到限制。新研制的ZBY— 1型油压控制气举阀的注气量由井筒流压自动控制。流压升高 ,阀打开 ,注气量增加 ;流压降低 ,注气量减少 ,使气举井在恒定的流压梯度下工作 ,确保产量稳定。现场应用新型气举阀 1 5井次 ,单井平均日产油量增加 1 2 4 4t,平均举升深度增加 750m ,平均日注气量下降 2 79m3,最大下入深度 2 92 0m ,单井最高日产液量 82m3,收到了较好的增产节气效果。The casing-pressure operated gas-lift valve cannot meet the need of recovery of gas-lift wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield. Model ZBY—1 tubing-pressure operated gas-lift valve is thereby developed. The volume of the gas injected through this new valve is controlled automatically by the flowing pressure in the well bore. When the flowing pressure rises, the gas-lift valve opens and the gas injection volume increases; when the flowing pressure goes down, the volume of the injected gas decreases, and the well operates at a constant flowing pressure gradient, ensuring stable productivity. The new valve has been used 15 times in several wells, a mean production increase of 12 44t per day in a well is achieved, and the volume of the gas injected every day is reduced by 279m 3.
