简易酸化井口装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：研制的简易酸化井口装置由保护法兰、过渡短节、卡箍、闸阀、三通和抗振压力表等组成。酸化施工时 ,先拆除CYB 2 50井口大四通以上的部件 ,把过渡短节旋入CYB 2 50井口油管挂中 ,将保护法兰与大四通用螺栓连接 ,并压紧CYB 2 50井口油管挂 ,地面管汇输送来的高压液体可通过三通、过渡短节、油管挂和油管柱直接进入地层。河南石油勘探局采油厂共推广应用这种井口 8套 ,使用 89井次。使用结果表明 ,简易酸化井口与CYB 2 50井口配套使用 ,安装方便 ,安全可靠 ,抗腐蚀性能好 ,正常使用压力为 2 0～ 38MPa,成功率 1 0 0 % ,价格仅为常用简易酸化井口的三分之一。The simple well head assembly newly developed is comprised of protection flange, pup joint, clip, gate valve, tee joint and anti-vibration pressure meter. In acidizing treatment, the component above the cross joint are removed, then the pup joint is screwed in the tubing hanger, the protection flange and the cross joint are connected by bolts, and the tubing hanger is pressed tightly, thereby the high pressure acidizing fluid from the surface can be pumped into the formation through the tubing string directly. Field use shows that the simple acidizing well head is characterized by easy installation, reliable and safe operation and good corrosion resistance.
