摘 要:为了保护油气层 ,降低地层损害 ,提高油气产量等 ,发展了欠平衡钻井技术。国外早期的欠平衡钻井技术 ,主要对低压地层采用空气和充气钻井液作为循环介质。随着欠平衡技术及井控设备技术的发展 ,在 90年代初 ,国外又发展了采用液体钻井液对高压地层进行边喷边钻的欠平衡钻井技术 ,该技术已应用于定向井和水平井 ,并且已成熟地在世界各地推广应用。国内在 60年代就开始了边喷边钻技术实践 ,但因诸多原因制约了该技术的发展。目前 ,该项技术已成为国内重点研究发展项目。文中重点讨论了建立边喷边钻欠平衡状态下必须考虑的关键技术 :选择边喷边钻钻井液、选择地面设备和井下工具、施工的操作步聚和受限制使用的范围。在分析实例的情况下 ,对国内边喷边钻技术提出了 3点建议。Underbalanced drilling(UBD) technology is newly being developed for the purposes of pay zone protection,formation damage reduction and production rate enhancement etc..The air and aero-drilling fluid were utilized as the circulating media in the early foreign UBD technology.With the development of UBD and well control equipment,liquid drilling fluid is used in flow drilling for the high-pressure formation in the early of 1990's,which has been applied in directional and horizontal drilling and widely extended in the whole world.Flow drilling was taken into practice in 1960's in China,however,the further expansion was limited for some reasons.Flow drilling is now becoming the key research project in China.This paper focuses on the underbalanced condition,key technology,drilling fluid ,surface equipment and downhole tools,operation procedure and limited operation area for flow drilling,and provided three suggestions for native flow drilling on the basis of example analysis.
