摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴囊微型腹腔镜治疗腹股沟型隐睾的方法及其价值。方法:选择先天性腹股沟型隐睾患儿26例,均行经阴囊微型腹腔镜手术治疗。观察术中情况及术后效果。结果:26例手术均成功,无1例中转开腹手术,手术平均时间36±7.8min,术中及术后无并发症,术后随访1年,均效果良好,无远期并发症。结论:经阴囊微型腹腔镜下隐睾下降固定术手术可行,手术创伤小,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the procedure and the value of laparoscope on inguinal cryptorchidism.Methods：26 children patients with inguinal cryptorchidism were treated by laparoscopic orchiopexy,conditions during operations and effect of operations were observations.Re-sults：26 cases of operations was successful without conversion to open surgery.The mean time of operations was 36±7.8 min,No complications were found.all patients were follow-up in a years,and result was satisfactory,there was not tardive complications.Conclusion：The trans-scrotum orchidopexy on inguinal cryptorchidism was feasible,operative trauma was small and complication was infrequent,that was worth for general-ization.
