摘　　要：随着社会主义现代化建设的深入进行,农业现代化成为新农村建设的主要内容之一。"两高一优"作为农村经济发展的重要目标,其前提是高质量,其目标是高效益。作为一项系统的建设工程,农机推广的效果对于两高一优目标的实现,有着重要的意义。在农机资源配置的过程中,以市场为导向,以商品经济运行为规律,由传统农业向现代化的农业发展。With the deepening of socialist modernization, agricultural modernization to become the new rural construc- tion of the main elements. ＂High priority＂ as an important goal of rural economic development, on the premise that high- quality, with the goal of high returns.
