微乳对田蓟苷增溶作用的研究

摘　　要：为研究O/W型微乳对田蓟苷的增溶作用。采用以伪三元相图法制备RH-40-乙醇-油酸-水的微乳体系,用高效液相色谱法测定田蓟苷在微乳和水中的溶解度。结果显示:田蓟苷在微乳中的溶解度为水中的3541.5倍。由此可知,微乳对田蓟苷具有明显的增溶作用,且田蓟苷微乳制备简单,为开发其新型口服制剂提供了依据。Objective：To study the enhancing effect of O/W microemulsion on the solubility of tilianin. Methods：The microemulsion sys- tem containing RH-40-alcohol-oleic acid-water was prepared based on the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams, and the solubility of tilianin in microemulsion and water was analyzed by the way of HPLC. Results：Solubility of tilianin in microemulsion was 3541.5 times more than that in water. Conclusion：The prepared microemulsion had significantly enhancing effect on the solubility of tilianin.
