摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)是我国第二大化学树脂,随着PVC生产过程、内部结构以及产品性能研究的不断深入,人们对绿色环保的特殊性能终止剂的要求日趋强烈。本文研究了环氧植物油复合终止剂的配方及其对氯乙烯聚合效果的影响,对PVC树脂的人稳定性、光学性能、塑化性能进行了测试。结果表明:在PVC聚合后期加入的复合终止剂不仅能终止聚合,而且其中的环氧植物油还能原位增塑PVC,改善PVC树脂的热稳定性、加工性和光学性能。Poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) is the second largest thermoplastic resin in our country. With an in-depth study for PVC production process,internal structure and the product performance, the special performance of green and environment-friendly terminator is facing increasingly strong requirements day by day. The experiment carried out the preparation of compounded ter minator by epoxidized vegetable oils, and application to the polymerization of vinyl chloride, the PVC resin were characterized by thermal stability,optical performance and rheological properties analysis. The results showed that this compounded terminator can terminate PVC polymerization during the polymerization last stage,and more importantly, epoxidized vegetable oils iwsitu plasticized PVC. Meanwhile, the resin of addition epoxidized vegetable oils can improve the thermal stability,processability and optical properties.
