二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣70例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:选择我院皮肤科门诊2009年5月至2012年5月尖锐湿疣患者共140例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组使用二氧化碳激光与干扰素联合治疗,对照组仅使用二氧化碳激光治疗。术后随访1年,评定两组治愈率。结果:观察组治愈率84.29%,对照组治愈率51.43%,观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:二氧化碳激光联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣复发率较单独使用二氧化碳激光治疗低,疗效更显著,值得借鉴。Objective：To explore the clinical therapeufic of carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon on 70 cases with condyloma acnminatum. Methods： 140 eases with condyloma acuminatum were selected fi＇om May 2009 to May 2012,and randomly divided into observetion group and control group, in control group was given carbon dioxide laser therapy, The patients in observation group received carbon dioxide laser and interferon. The clinical effect was evaluated between two groups after treatment. Result ： The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.29%,The total effective rate in the control group was 51.43%,The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control grtaup, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon in treating condyloma acuminatum has signifieant clinical efficacy.and has less adverse reaction.
