当归饮子加味治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归饮子加味治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为两组,对照组40,治疗组40例,两组均给予依巴斯汀片,10mg/次,每晚1片,治疗组在此基础上给予当归饮子加味(当归、川芎、白芍、黄芪、防风、白蒺藜、生地等),每日1剂,治疗2周后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组81.1%,对照组75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归饮子加味治疗效果满意,值得临床推荐。Objective： to observe the clinical efficacy of Danggni Yinzi Modified in treatment of diabetic skin pruritus. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 of control group, 40 of treatment group, two groups were treated with Ebastine tablets, 10mg/times, every night 1 tablets, on the base of above treatment, the treatment group were given Danggni Yinzi Modified （angelica, chuanxiong, paeoniae, a stra- galus, radix sileris, Tribulus terrestris, dried rehmannia root, eet）, one dose every day.The efficacy was observe＇d after two weeks. Results： the to- tal effective rate of treatment group 81.1%, the control group 75%, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Dangguiyinzi plus formula satisfactory curative effect, worthy ofi-ecommendation.
