外科术后房颤与CRP的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨外科术后心房颤动(AF)发生与血清C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)之间的关系。方法:分析外科术后心房颤动患者80例,其中阵发性心房颤动49例,持续性心房颤动31例,分别检测其血清CRP水平,并选取同期80例术后未发生心房颤动患者作为对照组。结果:房颤组血清CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),持续性房颤组血清CRP水平高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.05)。结论:外科术后心房颤动发生与血清CRP增高有关,并与房颤的类型有关。术后高浓度血浆CRP水平的存在可能促进了房颤的发生和持续,降低血清CRP水平可能有利于降低术后房颤的发生率减。Objectiv：To investigation the relationship between the atrial fibrillation after surgery and the serum CRP levels. Methods：Analysis of 80 patients with atrial fibrillation after surgery, including 49 patients with paroxysm atrial fibrillafion, persistent atrial fibrillation in 31 cases. The serum CRP levels were detected. Select 80 patients who have no atrial fibrillation after surgery as control group. Results：The serum CRP levels of atrial fibrillation is higher than that of the con^ol group （P〈0.05）, the serum CRP levels of persistent AF is higher than paroxysm AF（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The study find that CRP levels were significantly increased in AF after surgery, and associated with the type of AF. Inflammation may be involved in the occurrence and maintenances of AF after surgery. To reduce the serum CRP levels ,nay be beneficial in reducing the incidence of AF after surgery.
