摘  要:目的:探讨案例教学法在护生实习前临床技能培训中的应用及效果评价。方法:对即将参加临床实习的371名护理本科生在实习前临床技能培训中运用案例教学法,评价护生对该教学方法的接受程度以及训练开始前、结束时和临床实习结束时护生的临床能力和评价性思维能力的变化。结果:90%以上的护生认为案例教学法取得了良好的教学效果。临床能力的6个维度及总分三阶段比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。评判性思维除系统能力外其余6个维度及总分三阶段比较有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在实习前临床技能培训中运用案例教学取得了良好的教学效果,并有助于提高护生的临床护理能力及培养护生的批判性思维能力,是护理教学改革的有益探索。Objective:In order to explore the application and effective evaluation of CBL in the clinical skills training for nursing undergraduates before their clinical practice. Methods:CBL was provided for 371 nursing undergraduates before their clinical practice. The students' clinical nursing competence and critical thinking were compared before and after the training and after clinical practice. Results:There were significant difference in some subscale scores of clinical nursing competence and total score(P〈0.01 )as well as critical thinking(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 )in the three periods. Conclusions:The application of CBL in the training before clinical practice can enhance nursing students' clinical competence and critical thinking.
