摘 要:当前中国的农民群体出现了明显分化,使加入合作社的农民成员在人口统计学特征、农业生产特征和风险偏好特征等方面具有异质性,形成了内部或外部导向、销售或服务导向的差异化参与(入社)动机。通过二元logistic模型分析影响合作社成员差异化入社动机的因素发现,持内部动机者比持外部动机者更爱冒风险,家庭农业净收入占家庭纯收入比重更大,规模生产特征更明显;持服务导向型动机者比持销售导向型动机者更倾向于雇工生产,更有可能拥有农业生产设施或设备,更加具有规模生产特征,也更爱冒风险等。Currently, there is an obvious differentiation among Chinese farmer groups, which leads to heterogeneity of agricultural cooperatives members in several aspects such as demographic characters, agricultural production characters and risk preferences characters. It generates a differentiated participation motivation that includes internal - oriented or external-oriented, sales-oriented or service-oriented. Through the analysis of the factors influencing the cooperatives members'different participation motivation with the binary logistic model, it is concluded that the coop- erative members who have internal-oriented participation motivation intend to take more risks than external-oriented ones, have a larger proportion of agricultural household income, and have clearer characters of scale production ; the cooperative members who have service-oriented participation motivation are more likely to hire workers for produc-tion than sale-oriented ones, more likely to have the agricultural production facilities or equipments, have more obvi-ous characters of scale production, and intend to take more risks.
