国外合作社在农业服务业发展中的作用及其启示

摘　　要：农业合作社具有民主控制、贴近服务对象、服务于社员等特质,决定了农业合作社是发展农业服务业的基础单元和最佳平台,对促进农业服务业发展、打造农业服务业产业链条、构建农业服务业发展体系有着重要的作用。通过对国外农业合作社在农业服务业发展中作用的分析,结合我国农民合作社发展的实际,提出了发挥农民合作社在农业服务业中的作用、促进农业服务业发展的对策、建议。Agricuhural cooperatives are characteristic of democratic control, being close to the service objects, and the direct service to the cooperative members and so on, which decides that the agricultural cooperatives are the bas- ic unit and the best platform for the development of agricultural service industry. Agricultural cooperatives play an important role in promoting the development of agricultural service industry, making the chain of agricultural service industry, building the development system of agricultural service industry. Through the analysis of the role of foreign agricultural cooperatives in the development of agricultural service industry, combined with the reality of the farmer cooperatives in China, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to play the role of the farmer coopera-tives in the development of agricultural service industry and promote the development of agricultural service indus-try.
