摘  要:以渤海绥中36-1Ⅱ期开发工程平台丛式井口为实例,简述在优快钻井等工艺条件下隔水套管的作用,以及隔水套管作为非结构构件在以往设计中存在的某些不规范问题;论证绥中36-1Ⅱ期开发工程平台丛式开钻进中减少套管设计入土深度、采用小直径钢桩打入等问题;根据贯入特性、工程规范和施工特点,提出了有关桩锤配置与动力连续作业等技术的改进措施。The paper describes the role of conductor pipes in the development of optimized drilling technique, and out-of-standards of conductor pipes as non-stuctural members in previous designs. The cluster wellheads of phase II development of SZ 36-1 oil field is used as an example. A simplified design is suggested and is proved to reduce the depth of penetration and to use small diameter piles. Improved techniques on impact hammer configuration and continuation of dynamic operation are suggested according to engineering specifications and penetration characteristics.
