摘　　要：近年来,我国地震灾害频发,造成了重大的人员伤亡和经济损失,尤其对农村造成了极大的损害。本文对青岛地区农村住宅抗震设防情况进行了调查分析,发现其住宅选址、结构形式、构造措施材料选用和施工技术等方面对结构抗震不利。针对青岛农村住宅现状,依据相关规范,提出对基础和地基的设置、做好材料选择及质量控制、圈梁和构造柱的布置、加强屋盖及墙体连接、改变住宅的结构形式等改进措施,为后续农村住宅的建设提供了参考。In recent years,China＇ s earthquake-prone,resulting in significant casualties and economic losses,especially in rural areas caused great damage.This rural house in Qingdao conducted a survey of seismic analysis and found its residential location,structure,structural measures material selection and construction techniques and other aspects of seismic disadvantage.For Qingdao rural housing situation,according to the relevant norms,on the basis and foundation set,good material selection and quality control,ring beams and structural columns layout,strengthen the roof and wall connections,such as changing the residential structure improvements for the subsequent construction of rural housing to provide a reference.
