摘　　要：针对建筑行业已由大规模新建阶段进入新建与维修并重的阶段,笔者结合南京梅山冶金发展有限公司员工宿舍楼的工程实例,经过现场建筑结构检查,材料取样,数据测量,使用PKPM有限元软件对砖混结构宿舍楼进行承载力、整体抗震性能、安全裕度分析,根据结果做出准确可靠性评级。In view of the construction industry which has transformed from cosmically new - building into building - repairing mode, this paper takes the development of limited staff dormitory of Nanjing Meishan engineering as an example, and the inspection of on - site construction, material sampling and date measuring were carried out. The bearing capacities, overall seismic performance of brick masonry dormitory building were analyzed by using PKPM finite element software. The accurate relia- bility ratings according to results were pointed out.
