摘 要:针对长期以来,以常规检定方法,必须电流互感器离线才能检定,且检定工作量很大、耗时多,甚至受条件制约无法检定的不足,研发出一种变电站用电流互感器在线校准系统。阐述了构成该校准系统的主要功能单元即电子式开口双级电流互感器和误差测量装置的结构特点、实现方案、以及性能测试结果;并给出了对其整个系统进行的模拟试验和在某110kV变电站现场进行电流互感器校准的试验测试数据。结果表明,该系统可实现变电站电流互感器的在线校准,能准确评估电流互感器实际运行状态下的误差性能。The transformers need to be taken out of service from the power system to carry out the calibration test according to the traditional method. It's a hard, time-consuming work, and some transformers even can't be in outage. A current transformer in substation on-line calibration system is developed. This paper describes the structure, principle and test results of the main parts of the system, including clamp-type electronic current transformer and error measurement device. A simulation test is designed to verify the measurement performance of the system in high voltage. The on-line calibration test for the current transformer in an 110kV substation using this system is carried out successfully. The results show that the system can be used to accurately evaluate the error characteristics of the current transformers in its actual working condition, avoiding the service outage of the lines.
