山东省竞技体育可持续发展模式的系统动力学建模与仿真研究

摘　　要：根据系统动力学建模原则与方法,在深入分析山东省竞技体育系统内外因素的基础上,以Vensim PLE为工具,建立了山东省竞技体育系统可持续发展的系统动力学模型并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,在保持山东省竞技体育投资自然增长规模的前提下,大力发展第三线队伍人数,科学保持一、二线队伍的运动员数量,并适当增加竞技体育的科研拨款,是当前情况下山东省竞技体育的健康可持续发展模式。Directed by system dynamics theory, this paper analyses the main inner and outer factors which effected Shandong competitive sports system, and then build its system dynamics model by Vensim PLE. From the simulation results we can see that keep the scale of funds from the govern- ment, increase the members from the third level;keep the members from the first and second level; and raise the appropriation for sports research are the best sustainable development mode for Shan- dong competitive sports system.
