摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法等研究方法,以第七届城市运动会主场馆江西省奥林匹克运动中心为研究对象,分析了主场馆现状和赛后体育场馆的多元化利用等方面,发现体育场馆利用管理模式单一、缺乏后期资金投入、宣传力度不够、交通不便等实际问题,并提出相应对策,旨在为优化七城会后体育场馆利用提供依据。Taking The 7th city games in the Olympic center stadium in Jiangxi province as the research object, this paper, after analyzing the states of the main stadium and the diversified uses of the stadium after the game, found that there were many practical problems such as using single management mode in the stadium, lacking of capital investment and the public- ity power,trifle inconvenience and so on,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward, so as to provide a basis to optimize the stadium after the 7th city games.
