摘　　要：毛泽东军队纪律建设思想,是毛泽东军事思想的重要组成部分,其内容主要包括以下四个方面:一是制必先定、力求完备的军队纪律建设指导思想,二是管理教育并重、建立自觉纪律的军队纪律建设养成思想,三是严肃钢铁纪律、加强检查督促的军队纪律建设维护思想,四是领导模范带头、管好重点人物的军队纪律建设领率思想。Man Zedong＇ s military discipline thought is an important part of Mao Zedong＇ s military thinking anti its content mainly includes the following four aspects ： First is the guiding ideology of military discipline that the law system must first be constructed, and strive to complete the construction;second is the developing ideas that attention should be laid on both man- agement and education and establish the conscious discipline;the third is the maintenance of military discipline thinking that iron discipline should be strictly enforced and that should strengthen inspection and supervision; and the fourth is the army discipline of leading thought that the leader must be exemplary and manage the key figures.
