摘 要:《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)提供了轴心受压构件、压弯构件设计公式,而大长细比剖分T型钢压杆的承载性能还有待进一步的试验研究,以检验规范设计公式对大长细比剖分T型钢压杆的适用性.对三种大长细比的8根剖分T型钢压杆进行了静力加载试验,得到了杆件的极限承载力和破坏形态.基于材性试验结果,考虑了初始缺陷,采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS 6.10-1对压杆进行了有限元分析,与试验结果吻合较好.与试验结果对比表明,《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)中轴心受压构件和压弯构件的计算公式可用于大长细比剖分T型钢压杆承载力计算.The calculation formulas of axial compression members and compression-bending members are provided in Code for design of steel structures(GBS0017-2003), but the ultimate bearing capacity of large slenderness ratio hot-rolled cut T-section struts need further experimental research to examine the applicability of the code calculation formulas. In this paper, three kinds of slenderness ratio of 8 cut T-section struts were tested to obtain the ultimate load-carrying capacity and failure modes. Based on the material test results, the finite element package ABAQUS6.10-1 was used to carry out nonlinear finite element analysis with initial imperfection. The FE results agree well with the test results. The comparison of code calculation results and test results show that the calculation formulas of bearing capacity for axial compression and compression-bending in Code for design of steel structures (GB50017-2003)can be used for large slenderness ratio cut T- section struts.
