摘 要:在双端行波故障定位方法的基础上做出改进,提出了一种基于电网拓扑结构信息以及初始行波到达时间差的输电网行波故障定位新方法。该方法不需要通过获取断路器的开断状态信号来确定出故障线路,这样有效避免了断路器信号错误或未检测到断路器信号时对故障定位准确性的影响。在电网中部分变电站配置行波定位装置,当发生故障时,通过各监测点行波定位装置两两之间的不同配对组合,得到相对应的初始行波到达时间差,再依据电网的拓扑结构进行综合处理和容错分析,找到实际故障点。仿真结果表明,该方法能对电网输电线路上发生的故障进行可靠的定位,并且有较强的容错性。According to double-terminal traveling wave fault location algorithm, a new method has been presented, which is based on the topological structure of power grid and the time difference of initial voltage traveling wave arrival. This method do not depend on the status information of circuit breakers, which avoid the influence by the error signal of breakers. When fault occurred, the traveling wave fault location equipments, which located in some substations, recorded the arrival time of the initial voltage of traveling wave on the based of the different pairing combinations be- tween each traveling wave positioning device of monitoring points. Then the fauh-tolerant analysis and fusion process- ing is made to find the actual fault point. The results of simulation indicate that this method had strong fault tolerance and high fault location accuracy.
