摘 要:为实现白-平2HF井回收油基钻井液的重复利用,采用具有塑性黏度低、动切力高、低转速数高、乳化稳定性好的高性能油基钻井液改善老浆的流变性和乳化稳定性,并将优化后的回收油基钻井液应用于白-3HF井四开水平段.现场应用结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的流变性、乳化稳定性以及封堵防塌性.1 000 m水平段钻进期间井壁稳定,井眼清洁,摩阻仅为40~60 kN,四开水平段井径扩大率为2.57%.在老浆利用率为67%的情况下,将密度为1.70g/cm3回收油基钻井液的油水比由96∶4降至85∶15,实现了老浆的重复利用,有效降低了油基钻井液的成本.In order to reuse the reclaimed oil-base drilling fluid from Well Bai-Ping 2HF,a high performance oil-base drilling fluid with low plastic viscosity,high dynamic shear force,high reading at low rotation speed and good emulsion stability was used, and the reclaimed drilling fluid was applied in the fourth spudded horizontal section of Well Bai-3HF after optimization. Field application shows that the improved oil-base drilling fluid has good rheological properties,emulsion stability and sloughing prevention capability. During drilling the 1 000 m lateral segment,the borehole was stable and clean,the friction resistance maintained between 40 ~ 60 kN,and the hole diameter enlargement rate was only 2. 57%. With 67% utilization of the old mud,the oil-water ratio of the reclaimed oil-base drilling fluid with density of 1. 70 g / cm3was reduced from 96 ∶ 4 to 85 ∶ 15,thus realized reutilization of the reclaimed drilling fluid and reduced the cost.
