摘　　要：无核区作为特定区域内国家核裁军、防止核扩散、建立互信措施的一种安全合作机制,也是一项具体的、操作性强的军备控制措施,或可以说是机制。根据军控理论,无核区属于军备控制的范畴,表现在核裁军与防止核扩散方面,即对核武器的"量"及"使用方式"的控制。Nuclear- weapon- free zone（NWFZ） is a cooperative security mechanism, a measure used by countries in a specific reagion for nuclear disarmament, non - proliferation and mutual trust - building,. It is also an especial measure for arms control and is somewhat a mechanism. According to the theory of arms control, NWFZ is in the category of the theory, which lies in nuclear disarmament and non - proliferation that control the quantity and usage mode of nucle- ar weapons.
