摘　　要：政府信息公开制度于法治政府、阳光政府建设有重要意义,但其当前面临的诸多问题却令人堪忧。应该分析现状,对其存在的问题进行深入剖析,进而寻求解决之方法。建议从转变政府及公民观念、上升法规位阶、明确公开范围、完善监督惩戒机制等几方面来探求政府信息公开制度的未来发展方向。Government Information Openness System is important to build a law - based and transparent government. But there are many problems in this system. We need to analyze the situation, exsiting problems and seek solutions. It is suggested that we explore the future development of government information openness system from following aspects; change the governments and publics concept, raise the status of laws and regulations; clarify the scope of openness and improve supervision and punishement mechanism.
