摘  要:通过农药残毒快速检测仪检测实验,表明4种植物性农药实验室制剂对胆碱酯酶的抑制率均小于50%的标准,在国家检测标准范围内;其中白屈菜、毛莨、兴安白芷植物性农药实验室制剂对胆碱酯酶的抑制率较高,而且抑制率随时间的增加都呈下低的趋势,呈现明显线性回归关系;兴安白芷实验室制剂对胆碱酯酶的抑制率降低速度最快,残留量减少的最快,在64.24 h后已检验不出药剂残留,具有较高的开发和应用价值。By detection of residue pesticide detector, 4 inhibition rates of botanical pesticide in laboratory preparation on cholinesterase were less than 50%, in the standard scope of state detection. Inhibition rates of plant pesticides extracted from Chelidonium majus , Angelica dahurica, Stellera chamaejasme were the higher. With the time increased, the inhibi- tion rates decreased. It showed a significant linear relation. Plant pesticide extracted from Angelica dahurica decreased fas-test, residues decrease most quickly too. There wasnt residue after 64. 24 h. It have higher application value.
